I am so very sorry to learn - just now - of Brian’s passing. My family was next door neighbours of the Booths on Farnham Crescent in what was then the brand new sub-division of Manor Park in post-war Ottawa. I always thought of - and still do - of Brian as my very best early childhood friend. I have fond memories of endless sumner play and of visiting him many times at the Booth summer cottage at Constance Bay. I last saw Brian when I was around 12 or 13 - we went to see Jailhouse Rock at the old Centre Theatre on Sparks Street. I am so sorry we lost touch but am hapoy to know that he was such an imporrant part of my early life.
