Dave was the only man I loved and respected enough to call Dad. He and Joan (Mom) welcomed me into their family and treated me like a son. He was the only man who would tell me to shut up then get me to join a sing-along. If I have seen further It is by standing on the shoulders of giants. I wonder if he knew he was one. A lifetime of respect. Rest In Peace Dad.

Dear Joan Marie and family and the extended Belanger family, we were saddened to hear of David's passing. In 61 years of marriage you have made wonderful memories to cherish. David will be missed in this community and the area communities and the golfing circle. He made friends easily after your move to the Belanger homestead to enjoy retirement. Joan-Marie, Davey,Nancy,Derek and families; I am saddened to hear of David’s passing. I can only imagine how heartbroken you all are! My hope for David is that there is a bit of golfing and some good ol’country music where he is ..for you,dear Joan-Marie,my hope is that you are given good health,courage and strength and peace of mind as you learn to live life in his absence.
