Tammy was an amazing person with a heart of gold.We Titan hockey moms were such a close group and your mom was such a big part of all the success and fun we had over the years. She loved all the boys on the team and had a special bond with all of us. She cherished and gave endless love to her two amazing children and when she was with her two grand babies it was easy to see that they filled her heart. Travis, Kayla , and families - my sincere sadness in the loss Tammy. As a Titan mom, we are all saddened and heart broken to learn the news. So many wonderful memories with your mom through the years and afterwards, keeping in touch.
The most important thing in your mom's life was her two children. And then added to that was her grandchildren. You were her pride and joy. I can picture her face when she talked about you both through the years. Always remember how much she loved you.... may warm memories, warm your heart. May her role model as a mom - lead you on.
