I am sad to hear that Carmen passed away. It's been a while since we have seen you, but sure brings back memories of dances, sunday school, and whatever other celebrations we shared.
I sure miss Glen everyday but we had 47 years together. So blessed.

Words cannot express the sorrow we feel with the passing of Uncle Carmen. Although I spent many, many summers working with him on the farm, there were very few days when I didn't learn something from this remarkable man. Although he was typically a man of few words, we shared more jokes, funny stories and pearls of wisdom while in the barn and in the fields than I can ever hope remember. We'll hold him in our hearts forever.

Many fond memories of the summers, weekends spent on the farm with Uncle Carmen and Aunt Margaret. He taught me many things as a teenager - and not all of them were about farming. We had many discussions about his brother Herbert, and that was before my decision to join the RCAF as a fighter pilot. Rest in peace, Uncle Carmen and sincere condolences to members of his immediate and very extended family. We will all miss your dry humour and quick wit.

Margaret and family:
Our community has lost a dedicated friend and most knowledgeable citizen who quietly guided and cared for this great community and country that we are so lucky to call our "home". I cherish the many opportunities that I had to listen to just a "peak" into his vast "book of personal knowledge" I too have lost a true friend! May Carman's family find some comfort in recalling his valuable knowledge and some of the memories of Happy times that Carmen helped create! Dear Aunt Margaret, Wendy, Sandy and Tim,
Linda, Krista,Courtney and I were deeply saddened on hearing of Uncle Carmen's passing. We all remember him fondly as a kind and gentle person who was so gracious and considerate when we visited the farm, first as a child and then as an adult with Linda. Krista and Courtney. You and he were always so kind and generous to all of us.
He was a wonderful Uncle to me and Great Uncle to Krista and Courtney, a loving younger brother to my mom and all around lovely person. We will all miss him and our prayers and best wishes go out to all of you.
