To Tim's Family:
Blaine and I were so sad to hear of Tim's passing. We were out of town and just heard this morning.
We remember the young Tim so well when he lived across the street from us on Waterloo Street in Kars. The fun that he and our son Chris had playing hockey, fishing and hanging out in our pool. Tim was so full of fun and we know he will be missed terribly by all of his family and particularly his wife Tara and lovely children, Greyer & Ashton.
Our sincere sympathy to all the family. Our thoughts are with you Paul & Sue at this difficult time.

Today is a very difficult day for my partner Paul. we will say good bye to his favorite hockey player, ball player, frog catcher and fisherman. His son. My fondest memories of Tim was watching him with his little boys and how gentle and patient he was. He was a great father to Laur and gave her a true love for the great outdoors and shared with her his love for fishing. He was Tara's best friend and the love of her life. When we lose someone we love, it seems that time stands still. We may not understand why Tim had to leave this earth so soon, or why he left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we will begin to remember not just that he died, but that he lived. And that his life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. Rest in peace Tim-bit. We love you. I DO BELIEVE There is nothing I can do, to make him come back. There are no words I can say, that can replace the words you long to hear. I do promise he hears you when you speak. I will say he loves you no matter the distance. I will not deny he is in a better place And, I will not lie; he is waiting to greet you someday. Dear Tim, A little while before you met my mom i felt like my heart was ripped in two.When you married my mom i was filled with joy because i knew you truely made her happy but thats not all. When you married my mom i felt like i finally had a father again yuo were always there for me you went to all my hockey games when i started horse back riding you were fully supporting me fishing and most all hunting for frogs. All those moments may seem like little things but to me they were extrordinary things i did with my father. i miss you so much and i will miss you forever you were legally my step-father but in my mind and in my heart you were my father. thanks for giving us the boys because without them i wouldn't be as patient as i am today. i dont know if my mom will ever find a man as lovely as you and if she does well i dont think any man could be an amazing father to the boys and me like you and i will never love any other man as much as i loved you you.you tought me so many things like tieing a swivle to a fishing line or making a hole in the ice with an oggar. All these little things i will miss dearly and i promise you i will teach the boys your tricks exactly how you taught me and when the boys ask who showed me , i will say "our amazing father Tim" and i will even say that to my children and my grandchildren. you such an amazing person that every one will really miss you but i will always remember our extrordinary moments together and the boys will be hockey super stars like you. Having you as an older brother made me the luckiest sister in the world. You have taught me so much and we shared so many great memories together that I will hold so dear to my heart. I remember when we were little having my girlfriends over and always begging to let us play with you, mini sticks, road hockey or baseball in the back yard, you would always let us tag along. You had such a huge heart. Our memories of Bennett Lake were a blast, we were so lucky to share them together playing cards at night with mom and dad, Aunt Theresa and Uncle Mark and Brenda and Dave or going late night fishinig and me trying to net your "big" fish while dad could hear you from the cottage..."Jayme your not even close". and still you never got mad you were always so calm and patient with me. I don't think I ever missed a Kemptville 73's game, I used to get so excited to see you play and loved cheering you on, getting in fights with the fans when the would get mouthy with you(only because you were so good and they couldn't score) was so much fun, you were such a great hockey player...I was and still am so proud of you! I am truly honoured to call you my big brother and I will always love you. I know you will be forever watching over us. You will be in my thoughts and prayers everday. We have watched you grow from a small infant to the young man you became. We new from the very beginning that you were someone special. So many memories at Bennett Lake; catching frogs for all the children, being king of the raft, the fishing competitions, the bonfires at night, catching snakes and searching for crayfish. Watching you as a young teenager going from Hockey to Ball, always a strong competitor in what ever you did.
