Dear Elwyn and family:
Sending deepest sympathy to you in the loss of your dear wife Lynn. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and the family. We are so sorry.
You should know that I have spoken to Rosemary, who is visiting Patricia in Edmonton and she sends her condolences also.
We feel badly that we can't be with you today. We have been battling the flu for several weeks and it has kept us pretty low. When we are better we will come to Campbell's Bay and visit with Margaret.
Be assured that you are in our prayers. We pray that the God of all comfort will keep you during this difficult time.

Elwyn,and all the Lang and Elliott Family... I heard the news of Lynn's passing and realized that although life has been full...in many ways I have just blinked a few times since...I was 14,back on the school bus waiting across from the Elliott house in Stark's Corner, for all the kids to climb on. So much life came out of that house every morning....that is where it all began for her....and that is what she brought to any task and challenge in life. She was a very lucky gal to be surrounded by family and friends who loved and cherrished her. In the days and years to come, remember the memories, for memories of happy times and peaceful ones, it's true, are medicine for ones left behind, they help to pull us through. My heart goes out to you. Mardi

May your soul rest in peace,
It is with great sadness that we heard about your loss Dear Lynn. I did not get the chance to know you that much, but it was enough to see the brave lady in you. You were a woman of culture, faith and principle, whom I will keep in my heart and prayers forever. You taught me perseverance, patience and tolerance in few time. I wish I knew you earlier, but as you told me once everything happens for a reason. We already miss you. I hope we meet in heaven to catch up this lost time.
