My deepest sympathy to the family. I have lots of wonderful memories of visits with Aunt May, like the best homemade treats in town on Hallowe'en night, doing dishes in the "winter kitchen", working along with her at Lionette functions, eating her famous buns with a cup of tea, playing in the 3rd floor playroom of the big white house, having a tea party in hospital with fancy sandwiches and china tea cups. She surprised me once by calling to say she had a cake for me. Of course, it was one of her amazing white cakes, lemon filling and white boiled icing, and it was all for me! She was a kind aunt and a lovely lady. May she rest in peace.
