Dear Diane & family We were deeply saddened to hear of Uncle Gordon's passing and very sorry that we cannot be there tomorrow for his funeral. We are in New York City attending a memorial service for Brian's sister who died in November from Leukemia. Uncle Gordon was a truly gentle, kind soul who was always willing to lend a hand to anyone who asked or just join in a game of 50. It is hard to imagine being at mom's cottage and not seeing uncle Gordon's car coming down the lane for a visit and a coffee. Life just won't be the same up there without him. He will be truly missed by our family. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Wish we could be there with you. love Susan, Brian, Adam 7 Shannon
