Life Legacy Peacefully, in his bed, at Granite Ridge Community Care Centre in Stittsville, Ontario on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at the age of 90 years. Beloved husband for 68 years to Laura Prior and loving father of Susan (Peter Muehlherr). Son of Percy Prior and Beatrice Anderson. Predeceased by his son William and daughter Mary as well as brothers Lee and John. Wonderful grandfather of Cynthia Woods, Sarah Albrecht, Rachel Hobbs, Rob Hobbs, Cole Prior, Carolan Prior and Michael Muehlherr. Proud great grandfather of Alex, Julia, Abigail, Amber, Liam and River. Survived by his two sisters, Ida and Joyce. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Blair’s family will be celebrating his life with a memorial service at Hayes Funeral Home, 1040 Clarendon Street, Quyon, Quebec at 11a.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2016. A reception will take place afterwards at the Quyon Lions Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
