Mrs Mielke, Krista and family,
I am deeply shocked and saddened to hear of your loss. I get Mr. Mielke when he had his cataract surgery. He was in the bed next to me and we had a nice chat . At first, I thought he was Jen's dad but then was told that he was Krista's dad. Mrs. Mielke , I enjoyed our conversation in the waiting room and I could tell just how close you and Gordon were as you talked about the things you did together and among them was bowling! I was rather shocked to hear this news as he didn't appear to be sick at that time. I also shared a bit of conversation with him the next day and two weeks later as we went for our checkups. I can only imagine the void left by his passing. May God give all of you the strength to face the days ahead.
