Je souhaite mes plus sincères condoléances à la famille de Forbes. Il a été pour moi un confrère de travail bien spécial. Il ma accueilli à mes débuts à la centrale Farmers (1978) et jai eu la chance dêtre encore à ses côtés lorsquil a pris sa retraite après un dure épisode de verglas en 1998. Au début comme à la fin, il a été très généreux par ses conseils et le partage de sa grande expérience. IL était toujours prêt à rendre service. Par sa grande gentillesse et son respect envers autrui, il était très aimé par tous ses consurs et confrères Hydro-Québécois. Je grade de bons et beaux souvenirs que jai eu la chance de vivre avec lui durant notre belle carrière .
Forbes, Je taime.

I am so sorry for your loss. He was a wonderful man and will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this difficult time. I will also be missing you Mon Oncle Forbes. I will always remember the last visit we had together and will treasure that time we spent together.

Dear brother,
I love you so and feel such a great sadness but at the same time comfort that there is no more pain. You were such a kind person, and that "smile" of yours that would light up any room, I will always remember and will cherish the joy that it always brought to me. After a long battle, you are now resting in peace. You were are "big" brother, and you will be missed. I will always remember that smile of yours. I will always picture you on your front porch in your rocking stair. I will always reminder those beautiful family movies clips that you had. We could always count on you for any electrical as you were the "expert" in our family.
You are now with our beloved ones in heaven looking down on us and guiding us through our life journey.
