Life Legacy Mayor of Waltham, Quebec 2009-present In hospital, Shawville, Quebec on Friday, August 28, 2015 at the age of 68 years. Beloved husband of Suzanne Lauzon for 49 years. Loving father of Debra (Jeremy Phillips) and predeceased by son, Shayne. Cherished Papa of Jessica and Jenna and great-granddaughter, Luna Ava. Dear brother of Diane (Earl McKnight). Predeceased by sister, Suzanne. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews from the Marchand and Lauzon families. Garry worked for OC Transpo, City of Pembroke as well as mining in Sudbury. He was known for his skill as a pitcher in fastball, and adored the Montreal Canadiens. Cremation has taken place. Funeral service will take place in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Waltham, Quebec on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 11 a.m. Interment Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pontiac Community Hospital Foundation - Palliative Care or the Canadian Cancer Society.
