Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer at the Pembroke Regional Hospital at the age of 52. Cherished son of Lois Venasse and the late Cyril Ranger. Beloved husband of Monique Bédard. Loving father of Amanda (Matthew Labre) and Darren (Lindsay Sheppard). Dear brother of Barry (Louise Lapensée), Wanda (Robert Dubeau), Bruce (Camille Gervais) and late Brian. Grandfather of Zachary, Brent and Brooke Labre and his future grandson “Peanut” Ranger. Sadly missed by nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Hayes Funeral Home, 56 St. Jacques Street, Chapeau, Quebec on Friday, June 19, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, June 20, 2015 in St. Alphonsus Church, Chapeau, Quebec at 11 a.m. Interment Holy Spirit Cemetery, Nichabau, Québec.
