Peacefully in hospital, Ottawa, Ontario, on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 after a brief battle with cancer, at the age of 80 years. Retired Government of Canada (Passport Office) employee and native of Maryland, Quebec. Beloved husband of Kathleen Arbour. Dear father of Glenn, Brian and Ann Marie. Survived by his sister Joan, sister-in-law Irene (Dan Gravelle) and brother-in-law Reggie Arbour (Ella). Predeceased by siblings Herb (late Lou), Mildred (late John Cain), Phil, Art, Edwin, Inez, Rita (late Merlin McKee) and Gerald. Visitation Monday, August 12, 2013 from 10-11 am in St. Edward’s Roman Catholic Church, 36 Aylmer Rd, Bristol, Quebec followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am.
