Oliver was well known for his love of family. He was a gifted musician and entertained people over the years with his country music, doing a particularly great rendition of Johnny Cash. When Yvette had her restaurant, Oliver could often be found sitting at the table regaling family and friends with stories while asking one of the grandkids to get him a plate of whatever sweets Yvette made that day. Everyday Oliver looked forward to working on his current farm project. His career also included working over 30 years at CIP starting as a log driver and ending as Supervisor of the Low log runs.
Our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff at the Shawville Hospital. On the day Oliver passed, the staff was very attentive and kind to Oliver and his children.
There will be no services at this time.
