Passed away suddenly at her home, Shawville, Quebec on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Wayne Telford (September 2016). Loving mother of Elaine and Debbie (Raymond Gauvreau). Predeceased by her sons; Gerald, Karl, Ronald (Valerie Mulligan) and Blair. Dear sister of the late Roger (late Eileen), DeeDee (Don Whitmore) the late Margaret (late Tom Powers), John (late Madeleine) and Jeannette Romain (late Gary). Cherished grandmother of Kyle, Autum, Riddick, Rhuari and Emma-Leigh. Betty will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Friends may call at the Hayes Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville, Quebec on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, November 30 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, November 30 in Immaculate Conception Church, Bryson, Quebc at 11 a.m. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery at a later date.
