Nécrologie de Marion Widdicombe (nee Dagg)

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Marion at the Shawville Hospital on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, after a short struggle with cancer.  She was born at the family farm in Shawville to the late Arthur and Olive Dagg.  She married the late Stanley Widdicombe on May 24, 1956.  She is survived by her sons Peter (Hoa), David and granddaughter Angela as well as by her sisters Bobbie (Neil), Barbara (Dale) and Ruth (the late Al Swinwood).

Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville, Quebec on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. followed by a chapel service at 1 p.m.   Interment to follow at Maple Grove cemetery. 

In Honour of Marion, donations to the Shawville United Church, Maple Grove Cemetery or Pontiac Community Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
