Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at the age 74. Daughter of the late Meddy Parisien and of the late Kathleen Cowan. Loving partner of Thomas Foster. Beloved mother of Kathie (Tim), Mark, Peggy (Dave) and Dave (Jodi).  Cherished grandmother of Amanda, Hailey, Morgan, Ryan, Bailey, Tyler, Braydon, Davin, Courtney and Savannah and great grandmother of Jaxon, Myka, Trinity and Brooklyn. Sadly missed by her sisters; Gwen, Betty and Linda. Predeceased by her siblings; Shirley, Ronald and Joyce. Orpha leaves to mourn many nieces and nephews.  Friends may call at the Hayes Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 from 12 to 2 p.m. followed by a chapel service at 2 p.m.
