Nécrologie de Ronald Armitage

Passed away suddenly at his North Onslow home on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at the age of 82 years.  Cherished and remembered by his wife of 56 years, Marion (nee Poole).  He will be dearly missed by his daughter, Patricia Armitage.  He was an extraordinary grandpa to Nick Armitage (Stephanie Kingsbury), Courtney Paschall, Ali and Layla Al-Sharifi.  Much loved great-grandpa to Keira, Leah, Malyk, Rylan, Jayla, Tayden and Keilan.  Ron has rejoined his loving parents Lloyd Armitage and Willetta Lucas as well as his beloved brother, Basil.  Ron had a love of sports, especially Baseball, football and hockey.  Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 1040 Clarendon Street, Quyon, Quebec on Friday, September 30, 2022 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  A Celebration of Ron’s Life will be held in North Onslow United Cemetery (corner of Henderson Rd and Wolf Lake Rd) on Saturday at 2 p.m.  Please bring a chair.  Reception to follow at Gavan’s Hotel, Quyon, Quebec.  Donations in his memory to Quyon Sports and Recreation would be appreciated.
