Condolences to all of the family. Lawson was always an inspiration to me. I looked to him as benchmark, wondering if I could still cut wood into my eighties. He was out there in the most inclement weather, doing what he loved. He will be missed.

My prayers to all of Lawson's family for the loss of a kind gentle soul who loved to share stories and had a sweet twinkle in his eye. I was always impressed how Lawson, a man in his eighties, could help me unload and stack the wood. He made sure it was dry and it was good to know he was a man you could trust. He was always fair in his prices. He worked hard and he wanted to still be working with wood even in his last years so I am so happy he got his wish. You will be missed Lawson! Jill Mackay
