Nécrologie de Rita Desjardins (nee La Salle)

In hospital, Shawville, Quebec on Friday, August 19, 2022 in her 75th year.  Beloved wife of the late Roland Desjardins.   Loving mother of Cheryl Ann (late Gerry), Karen (Dino) and Paul (Elizabeth) and predeceased by Jennifer (Chris).  Cherished grandmother of Jeremy, Matthew (Savanah), Megan, Kayla, Sarah, Kyle, Nicholas (Presha), and Chelsea and great grandmother of Parker, Cash, Zayden, Maddox and Luna.  Dear sister of Millie (late Roland), Mona (Greg), Iona (late Vivert), Jackie (Jim), late Brent, Joanne (Mervin) and Richard (late June).  Survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.  Rita was a hard working, selfless, loving woman who devoted her life to her family.  The family wishes to thank the staff of Shawville hospital for their care and compassion. 

Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 1040 Clarendon Street, Quyon, Quebec on Monday, August 22, 2022 from 6 to 9 p.m.  Funeral service will be held in St. James Anglican Church, Otter Lake, Quebec on Tuesday, August 23 at 2 p.m.  Interment parish cemetery.  Donations to the Quyon Sports and Recreation Association would be appreciated.
