Dear Doug & Family:
I was so shocked to read about the passing of Joanne. I happen to see it today on Hayes site.
Joanne was like you Doug, a very kind, considerate, and fun loving person to know.
I am so sorry for you Doug.
I hope all your good times and great memories bring you comfort in the days ahead.
I will never forget the good times and memories we shared at the MRC in the 90’s, and of course Mrs R. ( You know who I meen)

Dear Doug, Lisa and family,
I had known Jo-Anne for years in her role of Post Mistress in Davidson. We became particularly connected one day when we met by chance at the Gatineau Hospital, both of us seeing our Oncologists. I was very new to the “world of cancer” at the time and Jo-Anne helps guide me through. Every time she asked me if I was “ok” I knew that she was truly interested and concerned about me and my health. She was a pillar of strength for me in challenging times. It saddens me to hear of her passing but I believe she is watching over many of us as we continue here. My deepest sympathies to all her family and friends. Jim
