Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family in Shawville, Quebec on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at the age of 92 years old. Son of the late Hormidas Richard and the late Sarah Singleton. Beloved husband of the late Laurette Richard (nee Racine). Loving father of Kenny (Jen), Robert (Susan), Karen (Hector Kluke) and Terry (Fran). Devoted and special grandfather of Tracy (Steeve), Nicole (Mike), Jessica (Mark), Shaun (Tasha), Lisa and Steven (Andrea) and great grandfather of Emilie, Melissa, Mathieu, Trevor, Patrick, Justin and Annika. Dear brother of Lottie and Mae. Predeceased by his siblings; Sadie, Silas, Rose, Isabel, Joseph, Dorcas and Joan. Theodore will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Funeral Service will be celebrated on Friday, May 6, 2022 in St. James Anglican Church, Otter Lake, Quebec at 11 a.m.  Interment parish cemetery.  Donations to the St. James Anglican Church or the Alzheimer's Society of Canada would be appreciated.
