Nécrologie de Denis Lafleur

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Denis in the Shawville Hospital on Wednesday, August 19th, 2020 at the age of 74. Denis was the son of the late Arsidas Lafleur and the late Kathleen Blaskie. He leaves to mourn his wife of 51 years Janet Walls. Loving father of Jason (Julie-Anne Poirier) and Justin (Chelsey Pharand) and his much loved granddaughter Mackenzie. Denis is survived by his sister Maureen (Barry Racine) and his brothers Donald (Caroline Gravelle) and Leonard (Linda Racine). He also leaves his sister-in-laws Carlen Dubeau, Christine Gagnon and Donna Chafe. Preceded by his brothers Aldege, Kenneth and Rheal. He will be missed by his mother-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and all his many friends that he made over the years. A big thank you to the attendants, nurses and Dr. Croteau for the exceptional care during his stay at the Pontiac Community Hospital. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Charle's Borromeo Church, Otter Lake, Quebec in private and by invitation only. Interment parish cemetery. In lieu of flower donations to the Heart Institute, the Kidney Foundation or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
