My sincere condolences to all of Ed’s family members. I worked with Eddie from 1985 to 1993 at Stewartville GS. My father (Walter) worked with Ed prior to that at Chenaux GS. I have many great memories of Eddie throughout the time I spent working along side him and learned a lot. Some of the best times is when we had a break, sat down and he started with “Let me tell you about a time…” Those stories were always colourful and always entertaining. Working with big Ed and his many adventure stories will always be unforgettable memories. Rest in peace big guy.

I am saddened at the news of Eddy’s passing, he was a huge part of my childhood and I had many a fun time with him.Im sure Ed and Hugh and my brother Joe are having a few shots right now and washing the floor off from all the guts and feathers. Rest easy big man,Ernie.

I am sorry to hear of Ed's passing. He hunted with my dad Bernard Laderoute and also my son Dan Hebert. I have many fond memories of the Colton family.
