Every time we saw Garry he had a big hug and well wishes. He was my Godfather and was blessed to have him in my life. He was always interested in how we all were doing. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. R.I.P. our friend.

Norma Normandeau
Uncle Garry was a kind, loving,thoughtful man. Something that we enjoyed sharing was his deep love for animals and great conversations with lots of love and laughter. I am so terribly sad that he is gone from us but what a blessing it is that he is with the rest of his loving family now.. I am so grateful to have had all of those years with him, and he will always be a part of who I am. I am proud to be the niece of such a wonderful man.

Uncle Garry was a great man whom was always kind, thoughtful, caring, sincere and loving to all of his family and friends throughout his good long life. Uncle Garry always saw the best in everyone. He had the utmost respect from all. Although he has come to the end of the journey, and is gone from sight but not from hearts, “Uncle Garry” I will let you go to see the others alone and do many things (even maybe a BINGO or Euchre game). I am filled with gratitude and happiness of the many years we had with you, the memories are blessed in our hearts forever. When we all come your way one day I know you will greet all with a smile and a “Welcome Home”. In the meantime, the making of salmon & egg sandwiches with a cup of tea will go on, as you said “you can never go wrong”. You shall be greatly missed. God bless. RIP Uncle Garry

Uncle Garry, also my godfather, was a good, kind and generous man. I admired him for many different reasons.
He lived a good, long life and was well respected by all who knew him.
He was proud of his family and I am proud that he was my uncle.

Uncle Garry is the last of the Hearty Family to pass. He will be dearly missed by all his nieces & nephews, now we are the ones to take over their traditions etc. Hopefully they left us all with that loving family first tradition and in someway we can all keep in touch and see each other as often as possible. Condolences to all of you, he was a great man and will be missed, BUT he must be already playing a good old game of euchre with all who have gone before him. RIP..Uncle Garry. love Joanne & Jerry
