We are so very sorry and saddened to hear of your huge loss. Words cannot begin describe the grief you are feeling at this time.
I remember Ben at Pontiac High School, as a tall, red-headed, good looking boy, who was quiet, gentle, and hardworking. He was always a pleasure to have in my art classes, and David enjoyed teaching him phys ed. Ben went on to take classes in woodworking where he shone brightly.
Your family has always been filled with energy. In this time of great need for something to hold on to, I hope that energy holds strong for you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you always.

I did not know Ben, however my brother Dave did, and he spoke of Ben as being “a tall gentle giant”.
