Aunt Mary, Alvin, Ray and families,
My deepest condolences to all of you at this very sad time. As all of our other Johnston cousins have shared before me, I have such fond memories of Calvin and all of our Quebec family members at our family gatherings at Grandma’s and Aunt Elsie’s. The card games and pool parties and just sharing fun times together will forever remain with all of us. We all got very excited knowing that Alvin, Calvin and Ray were making the long trip to join us. Calvin was always the quiet one but I can still remember his smile. Rest In Peace Calvin.

Although I haven’t seen Calvin for many years, I have many wonderful memories of our childhood and our family gatherings with “Alvin, Calvin and Ray” . We also had a wonderful visit to the farm in Quebec which I have many fond memories of. I remember Calvin as gentle, quiet and kind to his little cousins from Ontario. Calvin will forever be a part of the rhythmic "Alvin, Calvin n Ray", that we girl cousins would recite when we knew the boys from Quyon were coming to Grandma Johnston's. Even though we clearly outnumbered them, those mischievous young devils, mostly Ray n sometimes Alvin would give us a run for our money but Calvin usually was the quietest one to my recollection.
