Nécrologie de Donald Murdock
On the afternoon of February 7th, 2019 at the age of 71, if you started hearing giggles in the sky, it's because Don Murdock was busy cracking jokes over the rainbow.
He was an accomplished businessman, tradesman and entrepeneur. If it was broken, his business “Don can fix that”, always did fix that!
He was forever the doting husband to Louise Murdock. Proud dad to Lisa Tolmie (Derek) and Julie Murdock. Endlessy beaming Grandpa "Do" to Megan and Grace Tolmie. Happy furdad to his dog Daisy and he loved his grand furkids too, Fred, Ceecee Boots, Stanley and Mr. Bug.
His brothers, (late) George Murdock (Helen Acres), Tom Murdock (Leona), Mark Murdock (Maureen), Bernie Murdock and his sister Linda Kingsbury (Alec), were always sure to put a smile on his face. The Murdock's are the type of family that have always been willing to help each other out. He also had many nieces and nephews, cousins and his beautiful Aunt Helen.
No words can express the sheer gratitude to all the close friends and community who rallied behind our family, with gestures big and small. We are truly forever in your debts.
To the Shawville paramedics, CLSC workers, nursing staff, volunteers, Doctor Smith, from the Gatineau Hospital; Dr. Karim Abou-Nassar and team, from the Ottawa General Hospital; Dr. Huebsch and team and all of whom went above and beyond over the past 30 years of cancer treatments, we thank you for all the extra hugs, moments and smiles we got with him. Thanks to all of you, endlessly.

And I think to myself, what a wonderful world
