Passed away in the Shawville hospital on Thursday, September 6, 2018 after her second bout with cancer at the age of 48. Left behind is the love of her life, Kevin Bertrand, her mom and dad Dorothy and Allan Woermke and her sister Bonnie. Predeceased by sister Susan. A very big thank you to the doctors and nurses for the care and compassion they gave to Pat.
