Just learned of Bee’s passing and my heart is broken. I really loved her & I’m so glad she married my grandfather. She was one of the nicest, sweetest people I have ever known & I will miss her so much. It’s hard sometimes to keep in touch but doesn’t minimize the feelings. My deepest sympathy to Richard, Janice & Debbie, you had the best Mom. Thanks Rene for making our last visit so fun. My Mother, Elaine, suffers from dementia but I know she remembers Bee & all the fun they had together. From the Battis family, please know how much we all loved Bee and send out love and sympathy to our Canadian family. With love ❤️

My sincere condolences to Richard, Janice, Debbie and families, as well as Aunt Bea’s siblings, and spouses. Aunt Bea will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Mom and I would go and visit anytime I was home. It was sad to say goodbye to her when I was home in June, knowing I wouldn’t see her again. Cherish all your memories.

Remembering some of the wonderful attributes that describe Aunt Bea; her beautiful smile, warm hugs and the way that she always made you feel welcome. A childhood memory that often comes to mind is picking wild blueberries with her and then of course enjoying one of her famous blueberry pies. Sincerest condolences at this very sad time.
