Passed away at home, Shawville, Quebec on April 7, 2016 in her 82nd year. Marion was the former owner of House of Flowers for over 30 years. She had a true passion for flowers and horses. Marion was loved dearly by her family and friends and her special pet, Buddy. Predeceased by her husband Bud E. E. LaFrance. Beloved mother of Wayne Bohart (Vivian), Kristina LaFrance and step mother to Gail McQuaid and the late Garry LaFrance. Survived by brother Ronald Potts. Grandmother of Deanna (Ryan Vowles), Waylon, Kyle, Alyssa, Emma, Todd, Dana, Jennifer and Christopher. GG (great-grandmother) to Cora-Leigh and Edwin. Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville, Quebec on Sunday, April 10, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Monday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral will follow in the Chapel at 11:30 a.m. Interment of ashes in the Spring in Stark’s Corners Community Cemetery.
